Great disc for a gift for someone that is starting to learn the game of disc golf. Straight flyer and very stable 👌
Deep deep dish with the perfect indentation for your thumb to grip onto. One of my favs, drive with it, scramble with it, roll with it out with it and LOVE IT
I find I barely have to turn this disc over to achieve the perfect S line. Instantly more distance compared to all my other discs so easy and love how it feels in my hand
Best disc in my bag is it a putter mid range or a driver well dose all 3 really forehand backhand it dose it all super useful disc that everyone should have
This is one of the great Over stable Mid ranges. If you want a mid range you can crank on without it getting under-stable and still have enough lift to get a significant right to left movement (RHBH) without falling out of the sky (like a gator or justice) This is your mid range.
This was my first disc from Kastaplast. I got it through a subscription service so did not buy it knowing what I was getting into, but I was not and have never been disappointed with this disc. Kastaplast is well known for having top tier plastic, even with their low number of molds, as all of their followers can attest to. Ever since receiving the Rask and using it I can say I'm a devoted follower. About as unique as you can get, this disc features a second rim attached to the bottom of the flight plate which means the disc has essentially no glide which makes the already overstable flight seem so much more. It'll just go up and sit exactly where you aim, no funny business. The extra rim can be a bit odd for grip, I could never get a solid forehand so this was exclusively used for big hyzers and tough headwind shots. If that's not something you're looking for definitely check out the rest of Kastaplast's discs, they're all fantastic.
This is the disc you need if you have an established forehand but need a bit more speed than your regular fairway. For me the speed was closer to a 10 but still plenty. With a super flat top gripping this disc is comfortable and makes angle control very easy. This disc will take all of your flex shots and headwind shots and put them exactly where you want.
I had a Neutron Tesla that I have sadly lost and haven’t replaced yet.
As with many of MVP’s discs, the Tesla is thin and board flat. This makes it super comfortable, especially with a forehand grip.
Flight is straight and a bit of fade.
Neutron feels nice, it’s a good grippy Star type plastic.
These putters are awesome. I bag Atomics for putting and throwing.
For putting the Atomic feels great in the hand and is super grippy. For throwing these fly very straight with a slightest bit of fade at the end.
As with all of RPM’s moulds, they are not for everyone. However, if you like Daggers or Guards, give these a try.
Great for dead straight tunnel shots where you don’t want your disc to fade at all. Holds hyzer, straight and anny shots perfectly. I use it when I can’t give my putters enough height.
Comfortable rounded rim, neutral disc and glide for days. Get one of these!
I spent some time finding a good overstable midrange, I’ve tried the Verdict, Roc3, RocX3, Drone, Buzzz OS, and of course the Pyro
The Pyro behaves just how I want, it’s a much faster Zone. The 2.5 fade is a little misleading, I’d rate it more like 3 or 3.5.
Plasma plastic feels very nice, like GStar but not as floppy because of the overmould rim.
It’s a great mid, comfortable in the hand, flat and shallow. No regrets.
Got the orange colour. Definitely easy to find in the grass. The stamp and foil are super cool. This putter does have the largest bead of the putters I purchased. From the description, it mentions that the disc will fade left and it seems to do that fairly easily.
This putter is working well as both a putting putter and throwing putter. The Lucid plastic has a bit of give in it but still seems like a durable plastic and feels nice in the hand when putting and throwing. The bead is a little bit larger the RPM tui putters which makes it easier to grip.
Loving having spent the money and purchased this basket. Weighs about 20-22kgs. A little awkward to carry but It is easy enough to pick up and move around the back yard. It was easy to set up and came with all the tools required.
I purchased a Tui disc in both the Cosmic and Atomic Plastic. I have been using these discs as throwing putters as the plastic seems more durable than the Magma. Both these seem fairly stable and fairly easy to get to fly straight. When I have been attempting to throw in Hyzer and Anhyzer they fly consistently. with more practice at throwing these shot shapes, this will be a versatile disc. The Tui Stamp is super cool too.
