I had a Neutron Tesla that I have sadly lost and haven’t replaced yet.
As with many of MVP’s discs, the Tesla is thin and board flat. This makes it super comfortable, especially with a forehand grip.
Flight is straight and a bit of fade.
Neutron feels nice, it’s a good grippy Star type plastic.
These putters are awesome. I bag Atomics for putting and throwing.
For putting the Atomic feels great in the hand and is super grippy. For throwing these fly very straight with a slightest bit of fade at the end.
As with all of RPM’s moulds, they are not for everyone. However, if you like Daggers or Guards, give these a try.
Great for dead straight tunnel shots where you don’t want your disc to fade at all. Holds hyzer, straight and anny shots perfectly. I use it when I can’t give my putters enough height.
Comfortable rounded rim, neutral disc and glide for days. Get one of these!
I spent some time finding a good overstable midrange, I’ve tried the Verdict, Roc3, RocX3, Drone, Buzzz OS, and of course the Pyro
The Pyro behaves just how I want, it’s a much faster Zone. The 2.5 fade is a little misleading, I’d rate it more like 3 or 3.5.
Plasma plastic feels very nice, like GStar but not as floppy because of the overmould rim.
It’s a great mid, comfortable in the hand, flat and shallow. No regrets.
Got the orange colour. Definitely easy to find in the grass. The stamp and foil are super cool. This putter does have the largest bead of the putters I purchased. From the description, it mentions that the disc will fade left and it seems to do that fairly easily.
This putter is working well as both a putting putter and throwing putter. The Lucid plastic has a bit of give in it but still seems like a durable plastic and feels nice in the hand when putting and throwing. The bead is a little bit larger the RPM tui putters which makes it easier to grip.
Loving having spent the money and purchased this basket. Weighs about 20-22kgs. A little awkward to carry but It is easy enough to pick up and move around the back yard. It was easy to set up and came with all the tools required.
I purchased a Tui disc in both the Cosmic and Atomic Plastic. I have been using these discs as throwing putters as the plastic seems more durable than the Magma. Both these seem fairly stable and fairly easy to get to fly straight. When I have been attempting to throw in Hyzer and Anhyzer they fly consistently. with more practice at throwing these shot shapes, this will be a versatile disc. The Tui Stamp is super cool too.
I got the yellow version. I am using this as my putting putter. The Magma Soft plastic is awesome. Feels great in the hand. The plastic feels like it provides more grip than the Atomic and Cosmic plastics. It grips the chains well when putting. This plastic is likely to bet up easier than the other plastics.
Dealing with Matt has been awesome. I asked a ton of questions about discs selection. He always responded quickly. He went out of his way to get me a basket when the couriers were taking too long with my original order.
A glidey midrange that will push nearly as far as your slower fairways. When comparing it with a buzz it will consistently go further unless you put a lot of torque on the disc. The numbers I would suggest for the disc are 5, 6, -1.5, 1. For a midrange with that much turn, it is special in that it will still try to fade back a bit. A must-have RPM disc for shaping shots in the woods and adding sneaky distance to your midrange game.
It is a fantastic disc, it glides very well and when thrown smoothly I can get it to fly dead straight
I couldn’t be further from the skill level of the signature this disc bears, but has still become permanent in my bag. Straighter mid-flight than I expected and responds exceptionally well to release angles, but doesn’t fail to fade. Wonderful forehand. For me it shapes up like a longer Teebird3 or a relaxed Firebird.
Very nice. Compares to Leopard3, F5, etc. In my (slow) hands, of the three it’s the fastest to fade back after turning over, but that may relax with age.
While many people dream of flying some can only watch in awe of how others throw. The Kahu has enabled me to throw further and glide longer than any of my other discs, but I still have a crap distance record compared to many others.
One day I will be able to go the distance, I just hope it’s with a Kahu.
This was a gift for my wife to start playing disc golf. She really enjoyed it. Thank you very much for your support her to make a good choice.
Thanks for this awesome product I really enjoyed it hopefully it will make my game better
Reading in the middle of the Wellington region, Hoscar is the most accessible monthly competition. It is the only handicapped monthly round as well meaning it doesn't matter what you normal score is, if you play well you're in with a chance to win. With free entry and a chance to win a disc from RPM pretty much makes this a nothing to lose event.
Adding this disc to my bag was an attempt to add some distance to my drives after i got comfortable with some lower speed drivers. Its taken a while to beat in, as it was a bit more overstable from the start then I was expecting, but definitely less over stable then say a destroyer. Now that its gotten some love, this disc thrown on a slight hyzer will flip up and turn over and hold a straight line before predictably finishing left. I was previously throwing a low weight wraith as my max distance driver, and this seemed like the right disc to continue improving my distance, and I think a very good choice if your thinking of getting a 13 speed driver, but maybe don't have the arm speed to crush a destroyer yet.
The Aviar three in champion plastic is a very reliable over stable Putter thats great for windy days. It can handle some power, and will hold a glide well before banking left. I use this one over my DX and JK aviar when i dont want to risk turning it over too much. The foil stamp is also very cool, and makes it a bit easier to find in the long grass.
Ooh, my. This is just about the best driving putter out their. If you're looking for comfort, stability, unique colours and just the right amount of grip this disc has it all. Don't expect this putter to be your standard up and down, the Stabilizer is ready made for open spaces with a relatively sharp edge and more stability than you'd think. You can send this on any line and it will always make its way back to a predictable fade. A real do-it-all kind of disc.
Flies like a bird and makes chains sing like one too.
Great discs, good price’s and better advice. Awesome to have a local option. Looking forward to even more choice soon.
Love the colour. Fits perfectly! Thank you.
